MERZ B. SCHWANEN 2M15 Merz b. Schwanen Mid-Century Machine Refined Fit T-Shirt- 98 Charcoal

About this product

The 2M15 Mid-Century Refined Fit T-Shirt from Merz b. Schwanen is a modern interpretation of the brand’s iconic 215, combining vintage manufacturing with a silhouette designed for today.

Made in Germany on an original Mid-Century jersey knitting machine from the 1960s, the 2M15 is crafted from sturdy 230gsm (6.8oz) organic cotton jersey that delivers exceptional durability, comfort, and a refined vintage character. While inspired by classic sportswear, the shirt features side seams that create a more contoured shape, offering a broader fit through the shoulders with a gently tapered waist for a natural, flattering drape.

Thoughtful construction details set the 2M15 apart, including underarm triangle inserts for improved mobility, durable baseball stitching at the hem and sleeve openings, and a classic crew neckline. These heritage-inspired finishing touches enhance both comfort and longevity while reinforcing the shirt’s timeless appeal.

For those who appreciate the craftsmanship of the renowned 215 but prefer a more tailored silhouette, the 2M15 offers the perfect balance of vintage authenticity and modern fit. Made from 100% organic cotton in Germany, it is a versatile everyday essential built to provide lasting comfort and enduring style.
