Schott NYC was founded in New York in 1913 by brothers Irving and Jack Schott and is still family run. In 1928 it created the Perfecto, the first leather motorcycle jacket with a zip, which became a symbol of rock and roll and rebellion.
Start with the Perfecto, then the peacoats, the flight jackets and the leather trucker jackets. These are pieces built to be worn for decades. It suits anyone wanting a serious leather jacket with authentic American roots.
